Appalling customer experience and refusal to publish negative review

I ordered products from Fresh to be sent to a friend for her birthday. They failed to arrive. I was told they would be there in the next couple of days but they were never delivered. I contacted customer services whose replies were hopeless - they didn't seem to have read or understood my emails. I asked them twice to re-send my order but they ignored this request and eventually informed me that the order had been cancelled and my money refunded.
The most objectionable aspect of the entire unhappy experience was that when I attempted to leave a polite but critical review on their website and was told that it didn't fit their guidelines and wouldn't be included. I softened the wording and tried again with same results. So please be aware that they refuse to publish anything negative reviews - not even sure this is legal! Stay clear at all costs.

Appalling glitchy website and dire customer service

Appalling website and customer service. There is no way of entering an address manually so you select from the list, when you confirm the order it says there is a problem with the address and cannot process the order. A week later I tried again for mothers day, different address. The order went through then.... nothing happened. I tried calling them but their number is not recognised. There is a feature on their site to check order progress, it didnt recognise my order number. after a few emails they got back to me saying they didnt have any stock (even though it was still showing as in stock) and I would be refunded. This is their flagship cream and they don't have any! They werent that sorry and didnt offer any vouchers or anything. I ordered it from John Lewis instead. A day later the payment is still pending on my card and they sent me another email telling me my order has been dispatched! I immediately responded and told them to cancel it but it was a Friday and no one read it until the next week. Eventually someone replied and blamed the warehouse. I got refunded and kept the cream but the whole operation is shambolic. I would avoid ordering from this site if you want to keep your stress levels down.

Never recieved order

Never recieved order, or a follow up. My order was marked as delivered, I reached out regarding this and no one got back to me, when they did they sent an e-mail advising they needed more information and did not even include WHAT information they needed. When you call no one answers, incredibly unprofessional. I will never be purchasing direct again, and will be going to afterpay and the BBB regarding this matter.
